Alec Baldwin and Travis Scott To Launch Production Company
Vanity project or serious venture? What’s the worst that could happen?
(FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE)
Celebrated actor, director and producer Alec Baldwin is teaming up with eight-time Grammy nominee Travis Scott to launch a “full-spectrum” entertainment production company. The still-unnamed venture will focus on live events and film production, says Baldwin. “Our first project will be me playing Travis’ manager in a concert film that soon becomes an animated adventure. We’ll be filming it live on stage during one of Travis’ packed stadium shows in Brazil sometime next year.”
The stars, though at first glance of different generations, have several things in common. For one, they both have siblings. “We really bonded on that unique experience we both went through, obviously,” says Travis Scott. “Having brothers is something that Alec and I talked about a lot. It’s kind of what brought us together. Other than that, we’re both Leos, so I can see why we’d work together.”
Baldwin, for one, sees success in the future. “We have a real shot at crushing the competition.”
The Baldwin/Scott company will likely be based out of Angola or Bahrain, countries with booming entertainment industries, low taxes and no extradition treaties with the United States.
